Dame Awoonor-Williams

Dame is an associate with the firm. She was called to the Ghana Bar in 2021. Prior to joining Landmark@Legal, she worked with Gyandoh Asmah & Co. as a trainee associate.

Dame also interned with the legal department of Total Petroleum Ghana PLC where she provided company secretarial and other legal support services that ensured that Total managed its legal risk and complied with the various legislations regulating the oil and gas industry in Ghana.

Dame has previously worked as a Senior Administrator with the University of Ghana for several years.

Dame holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English from the University of Ghana and an LLB from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She also holds a qualifying certificate in law from the Ghana School of Law.

Dame is a member of the Ghana Bar Association. She is also an alumnus of AIESEC, a global student organisation and St. Mary’s Senior High School, Accra.

During her leisure time, Dame loves to swim and volunteer for a good cause.
